studio.crcuitnova.mumbairailsafar This Privacy Policy applies to the MumbaiRailSafar application (“App”) published on the Google Play Store by CircuitNova (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please uninstall and discontinue use.
1. Information We Collect

- Account registration details (name, email) — only if the App has login functionality
- User-generated content within the App

- Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID — only if ads are shown)
- App usage data (screens visited, features used, session duration)
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
- Device model, OS version, language/locale
c) Information we do NOT collect
- Precise GPS location (unless the App’s core feature explicitly requires it)
- Contacts, call logs, or SMS
- Financial or payment information (payments are handled by Google Play)

4. Advertising
If the App does not show ads, replace this section with: “This App does not display advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.”
If the App uses AdMob: This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can opt out via your device’s Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors (listed in Section 3) who assist in operating the App under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfer: In connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice provided to users.
6. Data Retention
- Usage / analytics data: Retained for up to 14 months in aggregated form, then deleted.
- Crash reports: Retained for 90 days.
- Account data (if applicable): Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
This App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 18 years in India per the DPDPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate parental consent, contact us immediately at support@circuitnova.studio and we will delete that information.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing.
